Located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Gringo Gulch is family owned Gaby’s Restaurant.

Gaby’s has been delivering authentic Mexican flavors since 1989. The stuffed avocado was absolutely delicious for a light lunch! I would highly recommend it. Pair it with the shrimp cocktail, shown below.

The comfortable and relaxed atmosphere makes Gaby’s a welcome spot to sit and People watch.
After you have recharged with a cold refreshing cerveza check out the light house, located behind Gaby’s. You will be rewarded with a breath-taking view of the bay. There are a number of steps to climb, but it is worth the effort.
